Look beyond familiar answers. Challenge assumptions, connect ideas and identify practical paths forward. Combine imaginative thinking with evidence and commercial understanding to make ideas useful.

Help turn promising opportunities into workable services, methods or business initiatives. Test ideas, build practical approaches and contribute to new capabilities that create value for clients and FairStake.
Your contribution: experimentation, solution development and building opportunities for future growth.
Experience matters; contribution matters more. Whether your experience spans five, ten, fifteen years or more, the fit depends on relevant expertise, demonstrated capability, commitment and shared values.
Own your contribution
Professional independence works best when expectations are clear. We seek people who take initiative, honour commitments and help others succeed, while bringing their own judgement and ideas.
Bring your professional judgement to how the agreed work is carried out. Take initiative, recommend improvements and make responsible decisions within your role, while respecting client requirements and the commitments made to others.
In practice: freedom to apply your expertise, paired with ownership of your decisions and deliverables.
Agree what success means before delivery begins. Define responsibilities, outputs, timelines and suitable measures of progress. Raise risks early and review results against the expectations agreed for the assignment.
In practice: clear areas of responsibility and measures of success—often described as KRAs and KPIs.
Work constructively with clients and fellow professionals. Communicate clearly, respect different perspectives, handle information responsibly and be candid about your capability, availability and any conflicts of interest.
In practice: dependable communication, ethical judgement and respect for everyone’s contribution.
Stay curious, share knowledge and help turn useful ideas into practical improvements. Develop your own capability while strengthening teams and businesses, with a wider ambition to contribute to India’s growth.
In practice: mentoring, thoughtful experimentation and solutions that create lasting value.
Own your contribution. Shape your professional growth. Help build an association where independence, mutual respect and shared progress belong together.
Build value. Share growth.
A useful association starts with understanding what you bring and where you can contribute. Each engagement needs a suitable opportunity, clear responsibilities and agreed commercial terms.
Share your expertise, relevant achievements, interests and availability. Discuss the type of contribution you want to make, from specialist execution and delivery leadership to mentoring, innovation or developing new capabilities.
The starting point: a clear picture of your strengths, professional ambitions and preferred level of involvement.
Consider opportunities where your capability fits a client requirement or an agreed FairStake initiative. Discuss the context, expected results, people involved and practical demands before deciding whether the engagement suits you.
The right fit: relevant expertise, shared expectations, available time and the ability to contribute.
Before accepting an engagement, agree your responsibilities, deliverables, timelines and measures of success. Remuneration options can be discussed as a professional fee, an agreed revenue share or a combination, where appropriate.
Commercial clarity: define the calculation basis, payment conditions, timing and any agreed costs or deductions. No standard sharing percentage is implied.
Take ownership of the agreed contribution, communicate progress and address challenges openly. Review results and learning together. Where there is mutual interest, discuss further assignments, mentoring or new ideas for growth.
Shared progress: dependable delivery, stronger capability and future opportunities assessed on their merits.
FairStake agrees client scope and fees with the business. Your professional role and remuneration are agreed separately with FairStake. If revenue sharing is used, the agreement defines the relevant revenue, collection conditions and any deductions. Such sharing does not, by itself, confer equity ownership.
Clarity before you engage
Understand the association, your contribution and the arrangements to discuss before you begin.
No fixed fifteen-year threshold is intended. Relevant experience, demonstrated capability, judgement and commitment matter more than the number of years alone. Share what you have accomplished and how you could contribute.
It means bringing your judgement and initiative to the agreed work, rather than simply waiting for instructions. That freedom sits alongside clear deliverables, client requirements, communication commitments and accountability for your contribution.
Discuss your availability and existing commitments openly. An engagement needs to fit the time, responsiveness and involvement required. Any conflicts of interest or restrictions affecting your participation should be clarified before accepting the role.
These are options to discuss for a suitable engagement, rather than a fixed entitlement. The agreed arrangement defines the amount or calculation method, payment conditions and timing. If revenue sharing is included, its basis and any deductions must be clear before the work begins.
No. Assignments depend on suitable requirements, your capability and availability, and mutually agreed terms. Association or an assignment revenue share does not automatically create equity ownership. Any distinct arrangement would require its own explicit agreement.
Yes, you can propose contributions beyond delivery of a client assignment. Explain the opportunity, the value you see and how you would participate. Any mentoring, development or new initiative needs an agreed purpose, responsibilities and appropriate terms.
Introduce your expertise, relevant experience and a few examples of your contribution. Include your interests, availability and preferred type of involvement. Brief, practical information helps us discuss whether there is a suitable basis to collaborate.
