Before we begin
Your people and leadership questions. Clear answers.
A few helpful answers about developing your team, clarifying responsibilities and working with FairStake.
Can you work with our existing HR team and managers?
Yes. We work alongside your leadership, HR team and relevant managers. We agree who will provide information, approve proposed changes and support implementation. FairStake's role and any specialist involvement are defined within the agreed scope.
Can we start with one team or a specific capability gap?
Yes. An assignment can focus on one team, a critical role or a specific concern, such as unclear responsibilities, reporting skills or dependence on one person. We agree the priorities, activities and review points before work begins.
How do you identify skills and development needs?
We start with what each role needs to deliver, then review relevant work examples, existing responsibilities and feedback from managers and team members. This helps distinguish skill gaps from issues involving workload, processes or unclear ownership. We then agree suitable learning, mentoring or practical support.
Can you help our people prepare for ERP or process changes?
Yes. We can help clarify changing responsibilities, identify key users and coordinate training, handovers and knowledge transfer. Where needed, we bring together accounting, compliance, systems and people expertise under agreed terms, so preparation reflects the work employees will perform.
What if we do not have formal role descriptions or HR documents?
You can still begin. We review the information available and discuss how work is currently assigned, managed and reviewed. From there, we agree which responsibilities, reporting relationships or development priorities need to be documented first.
How will we review progress after the agreed actions?
We agree practical review points at the outset. These may include clearer ownership, completion of development activities, application of skills and readiness for handovers. We review progress with the relevant managers, identify remaining gaps and agree next actions. Continued support can be arranged within an agreed scope.
