FairStake’s Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. Who we are

FairStake Consulting Services (“FairStake”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a proprietorship operated by its founder and proprietor, Yogendra P Sharma, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

This policy explains how we handle personal information received through fairstake.in, our forms, chatbot, email, professional collaborations, referrals and service engagements.

Privacy contact: info@fairstake.in
Website: https://fairstake.in

Yogendra P Sharma also operates yogendra.org and information is not automatically shared between the two websites merely because they have the same proprietor.

2. Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:

  • Contact details: name, email, telephone number, location and preferred contact method.
  • Business and enquiry details: company name, role, requirements, messages and correspondence.
  • Professional information: CVs, qualifications, experience, skills and collaboration interests.
  • Assignment information: financial, operational or other documents needed for an agreed service.
  • Chat information: messages, contact details you provide and attachments where uploads are enabled.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, timestamps, cookies and related security or usage records.
  • Transaction information: billing details, invoices, payment status and transaction references where payments are offered.

We seek information relevant to the stated purpose. Please avoid submitting unnecessary personal information.

If you provide information about employees, clients, referees or other people, ensure you are authorised to share it and have provided any required notices or obtained the necessary permissions.

3. Why we use information

We use relevant information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and arrange discussions.
  • Assess requirements and prepare proposals.
  • Evaluate professional applications and referral opportunities.
  • Coordinate suitable professionals and deliver agreed assignments.
  • Manage correspondence, contracts, billing and records.
  • Operate, secure and improve our website and chatbot.
  • Prevent misuse, investigate issues and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where we offer newsletters or promotional communications, we will obtain any required permission and provide a way to unsubscribe. An enquiry is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing.

We rely on consent where required and on other grounds only where applicable law permits them. Simply browsing the website does not constitute consent to every use described in this policy.

4. Forms, email and documents

Information submitted through contact and collaboration forms or emailed to us is used to address the relevant enquiry or engagement.

Please do not send passwords, OTPs, payment credentials or unnecessary identification documents. Confidential financial or business documents should be shared through an agreed channel after discussing their purpose and handling arrangements with us.

5. Chatbot and AI use

Our website uses tawk.to, including an AI assistant, to answer website-related questions and assist visitors.

Messages and associated technical information are processed through tawk.to and its service providers. Chat records may be available to authorised FairStake personnel for follow-up, support and review.

The assistant is automated. Its responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace professional advice or confirmation from our team. Do not submit confidential documents or sensitive personal information through chat unless we have expressly agreed that channel is appropriate.

Provider information is available in tawk.to’s Privacy Policy and Data Protection information.

6. Sharing within the FairStake ecosystem

For agreed work, we may share relevant information with:

  • Authorised employees and personnel.
  • Professionals and specialists supporting an assignment.
  • Referral or collaboration partners where their involvement is relevant.
  • Newly engaged external professionals, including those not previously associated with FairStake.
  • Yogendra.org or other website and business partners where a specific collaboration requires it.

Before sharing personal information with external professionals, referral partners, Yogendra.org or other business partners for such collaboration, we obtain the relevant permission and explain the purpose and intended recipients.

Permission for one assignment or introduction does not authorise unrestricted sharing throughout our ecosystem. We limit sharing to information reasonably needed for the agreed purpose and seek appropriate confidentiality and handling arrangements.

Website infrastructure providers are addressed separately below. Disclosures required or authorised by law may be made without consent where the law permits.

7. Hosting and other service providers

We use A2 Hosting/my.hosting.com for hosting and tawk.to for chat. Hosting, email, website maintenance and other operational providers may process information as necessary to deliver their services.

If we enable analytics, advertising, newsletter or payment services, we will identify the relevant providers and explain their data use through updated notices and any required consent controls.

Service providers and their infrastructure may be located outside India. Information may therefore be processed internationally, subject to applicable requirements and relevant provider arrangements.

We do not sell personal information.

8. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website and embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, chat continuity and, where enabled, analytics or advertising.

Where required, non-essential tracking will be subject to your choices before it is activated. You can also manage cookies through your browser; blocking some cookies may affect chat or other features.

Specific tools, purposes and available choices will be disclosed when those services are enabled.

9. Online payments

Where online payment facilities are offered, the selected payment provider processes payment information under its own terms and privacy notice.

We may receive billing information, transaction references and payment status for accounting and service administration. Do not send card credentials, banking passwords or OTPs through forms, email or chat.

The payment provider will be identified at checkout.

10. Retention

We retain information according to its purpose, contractual requirements and applicable legal obligations.

Relevant considerations include whether an enquiry or assignment remains active, whether records are needed for accounting or compliance, and whether information is required to address a dispute or legal claim.

When information is no longer needed, we will take appropriate steps to delete it or remove identifying details. Backup copies and provider-held records may follow separate deletion cycles or lawful retention requirements.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle, including limiting access to authorised people and using suitable handling arrangements.

No website, email system or storage method is completely secure. If a security incident occurs, we will assess it and make notifications required by applicable law.

12. Your choices, requests and complaints

You may contact info@fairstake.in to:

  • Ask about our use or sharing of your personal information.
  • Request access, correction or deletion, as applicable.
  • Withdraw consent for consent-based processing.
  • Stop optional marketing communications.
  • Raise a privacy concern or complaint.
  • Exercise other rights available under applicable law.

We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. We will respond within applicable legal requirements and explain any lawful limitations.

Withdrawing consent may affect services that depend on that information. It does not invalidate earlier lawful processing, and some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.

Responsible privacy contact: Yogendra P Sharma, Proprietor. You may also approach a competent authority where applicable law provides that right.

13. Children

Our business enquiry, application, document submission and engagement channels are intended for adults aged 18 or above. Children must not independently submit personal information, CVs, documents, enquiries or payments.

A parent or lawful guardian should contact us directly if a matter involves a child. We will assess whether processing is necessary and obtain and verify any required authorisation before proceeding.

If you believe a child has submitted information independently, contact info@fairstake.in. We will review the matter and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

We do not intend to use children’s information for targeted advertising.

14. External websites

Links to social platforms, partner websites and other external services may lead to websites governed by their own privacy policies. Linking to a website does not itself authorise us to share your personal information with it.

15. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices, providers or legal identity change, including any transition to an LLP or private limited company.

The revised policy will show an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain fresh consent for materially different uses.
